UV transfer stickers (also known as UV gel transfer stickers, UV-curable transfer decals, or digital transfer stickers) are a specialized type of decal created using ultraviolet (UV)-curable gel or ink​ that is printed onto a transparent carrier sheet. The final design is then “transferred” or adhered to a target surface via pressure, with the carrier sheet subsequently removed.
This technology combines digital printing precision with the durability and finish of industrial-grade transfers.

Key Production Process:

  1. Printing:​ A reverse (mirror) image is printed using UV-curable gel or high-density ink onto a release-coated carrier film (usually PET or silicone-coated paper).
  2. Curing:​ The printed layer is instantly cured and solidified under powerful UV lamps.
  3. Transfer:​ The sticker, on its carrier sheet, is applied adhesive-side down to the target object using pressure (by hand, roller, or press).
  4. Release:​ After a few moments, the carrier sheet is peeled away, leaving only the durable, cured design permanently bonded to the surface.
